BOWIE, Md. (AP) - Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler is scheduled to talk about a plan to create jobs.
Gansler, who is running in the Democratic primary for governor, is taking his plan to Prince George's County on Wednesday. He is scheduled to hold a roundtable discussion with business owners and workers at Jason's Family Barber Shop in Bowie.
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown says Colorado and Washington state should be applauded for legalizing marijuana, but he wants to learn more about what happens in those states before supporting legalization in Maryland.

Gansler's campaign has scheduled announcements for Monday in Prince George's County and in Baltimore. The announcement comes three weeks after Gansler announced he is running for the Democratic nomination.
Gansler will reveal his running mate during an event at High Point High School in Beltsville. Later Monday, he will appear at a park in Baltimore.
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - A spokesman for Republican David Craig says the Harford County executive has chosen Del. Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio as his running mate in his run for governor.
Jim Pettit, Craig's campaign spokesman, confirmed the selection in a telephone interview with The Associated Press on Thursday.
Pettit says two news conferences have been scheduled for Tuesday to announce her selection. One will be in the morning in Annapolis. The other will be in the afternoon in St. Michaels on the Eastern Shore.
