Delaware Looks Ahead to Aging Population

Governor Jack Markell told a Delaware panel on aging that the First State is facing a silver tsunami when it comes to health care for senior citizens.

The Governor’s remarks came during a meeting of the Imagine Delaware Panel on aging yesterday sponsored by PNC Bank and the Wilmington News Journal.

Markell said that the existing system is not sustainable.
